1. Information You Provide to Us

Depending on how you use the Restaurant Services and whether you are a Restaurant Client, Partner, or Restaurant Holder when interacting with the Platform or FoodOrderingApp, the personal information may include:

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number, address;
• Order information: delivery address(es), and location (lat & lng);
• Unique IDs: unique IDs such as IP address or a cookie IDs on the browser;
• Device information: information about the device used by an individual to interact with the Restaurant Services, such as browser, device Id, device type, internet connection, screen resolution, or the preferred language.
• Geolocation information: if you use the Food Ordering app, you can enable geolocation sharing to locate nearby Restaurants. You can adjust your settings at the device level.

We collect your personal information directly from you when you use the Food Ordering App or order from a Restaurant using the Platform. Please note that we can provide certain Restaurant Services only if you provide your personal information. If you do not provide the requested information, you may not be able to use the Restaurant Services. For example, if you do not provide your name and contact details, you will not be able to order food via the Food Ordering App.

2. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

3. Geolocational Information

To provide access to the Services while you are using a mobile device, we automatically collect geolocational information from your mobile device, your wireless carrier, or certain third-party service providers (“Geolocational Information”). The collection of such Geolocational Information occurs only when the Services are running on your mobile device. You may control the collection of Geolocational Information through the user settings on your device. You may decline to allow us to collect such Geolocational Information, in which case we will not be able to provide certain services to you. Please be sure to manage your mobile device and privacy preferences on the Platform on an ongoing basis.

Note that we use Google Maps and the Google Maps API as part of its online ordering system. Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication

We use Google Sign-In provided by Firebase Authentication to allow users to log in easily and securely. When you sign in using your Google account, we may collect and store certain information such as your name, email address, and profile picture. This information is used solely for the purpose of authentication and personalizing your experience within the app. We do not share this information with third parties without your consent.

Our Use of Cookies and Device Identifiers
